Blemishes:

Dirt, Grime & Carbon:

A job is only as good as the surface it is prepared on, we power wash the surface to remove all trace of dirt, grime, algae, etc.

 

Cracks & Blown Render:

Cracks must be chiseled out and filled with the highest specialist filler available. Equally blown render must be treated like tooth decay, left untreated this will fall out bringing with it surrounding render.

 

Algae & Mould:

This left on buildings, not only looks unsightly, but also retains moisture, so when a frost occurs this moisture freezes and potentially could crack or blow render.

 

Mastic:

This material which is used seal around PVC doors and windows, but after a relatively short period it can shrink and migrate, leaving your property vulnerable. This is easily refurbished.

 

Mortar Joint Pointing:

Over time mortar joints erode due to age and adverse weather. They must be scrapped out and re-pointed before any protective coating can be applied.
